I have been wholesaling for almost two years, and my forte is integrity, quality, and clear communications. I backup my deals with accurate information (estimate of repairs, ARV etc). Yet, I suggest everyone to do their own due diligence. I have lots of resources and I have done lots of JV
SF or TownHomes (3/2) deals where it would require 70K and 120K between acquisition and repairs and have a projected 25-30k (or more of course) in profit (accounting for holding cost etc, closing cost, realtor commissions, etc). ARV 150k and above…
